Worst case is after the Factory reset and same problem will persist you may need to send it for a repair to Lenovo if it's still under the factory warranty. If all these will not work proceed with the Factory Reset. If the driver will not install download and install the driver from Lenovo Support site. It will reinstall the driver automatically after the reboot. In Device Manager uninstall the Touchpad driver then reboot your laptop. Do uninstall/reinstall the touchpad driver from Device Manager. Touchpad: (use an external mouse for troubleshooting) If all these will not work I would suggest replacing the keyboard itself. Connect an external keyboard and see if the same problem will persist because if does you may need to consider on doing a complete Factory Reset cause it's a problem with your operating system. If that doesn't work, try pressing those following keys which are not working using your onscreen keyboard (Ease of Access look for Onscreen keyboard) Check all tabs if they are all set to United States. Note: When hotkey mode is disabled, press the Fn key and the appropriate hotkey to access the corresponding hotkey function. Open the Exit menu, and select Exit Saving Changes. Open Control Panel and look for Region and Language. In the BIOS setup utility, open the Configuration menu, and change the setting of HotKey Mode from Enabled to Disabled. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
